John Miller, has been in the IT industry for over 30 years working as an executive in a number of senior business development positions for companies including British Olivetti, Norsk Data and Intergraph.
In 1995 he decided that the time and market conditions were right to fulfill his ambition of setting up his own channel business development consultancy, Delta International. Since then John has become a leading global advisor on business partner channels matters to executives of companies like IBM, SAP, SAS, and HP and dozens of fast growing ISVs
.
He is a recognized global expert in partner to partner valuenet marketing and sales initiatives. John is a frequent speaker on Business Partner Channel Sales at IT industry seminars and conferences where his clients often refer to him as the "Doctor".He recently featured at the European ISV Convention providing ISVs with insight into Cloud and SaaS channel development

Guy Armstrong is the Managing Director of Delta Channel Services Ltd and has been a senior Director in the IT Industry for over 20 years.
He has set up and managed Technology companies in Sales and Distribution, Repair and Engineering Services and Outsourcing.
Guy was Group Managing Director of the IT Parts Services Division of ACAL Plc. Under his leadership, the Company became the Industry’s most successful added value distributor of IT service Parts and refurbished units.
With sales and supply channels worldwide, IBM, Unisys, HP, Sony, Computacenter, Lexmark, Bull, Sun Microsystems, Siemens and most of the leading IT Companies were all customers.
Guy is an expert in fast moving environments and business change and brings a wealth of experience in Distribution, Logistics, Channel Management and Outsourced Partner relationships.

| Warren Winterbottom |
|

Warren Winterbottom is head of Delta's US operations and has over 25 years experience holding senior level executive channel sales and marketing positions with Bentley Systems, Inc., Intergraph Corporation, AGFA Corporation, Atlantic Solutions and Xerox Corp.
Warren has led a wide variety of projects as a senior consultant at Delta including developing and implementing a North American system integration strategy for a European based independent software vendor. As part of this development strategy, relationships were contractually committed with companies such as BearingPoint, SAIC, FileNet, Maria Systems, InfoSys and ECM Documentum.
Warren also recently led the development of joint marketing and sales plans for numerous ValueNet initiatives for a Fortune 50 IT industry client and their ISV partners. These ValueNet initiatives included numerous leading ISV firms such as SAS, Valogix, Carreker (Open Check), Oracle, Agilysys, Avnet, AST-Optimus, Abaris, the IT Factory and Sage Logix. Currently he is creating new marketing and sales deliverables for the PLM solutions business partner channels of a Fortune 50 IT industry client. Warren is based in South Carolina.

Milind Garde has over 27 years of professional experience, including over 12 years in the Information Technology industry, and 15 years in industrial management. As an information technology professional, Milind has worked as a senior business analyst, project management consultant, and offshore business manager on enterprise application development projects, particularly involving the development of custom CRM & ERP applications, as well as Executive information Systems, and Business Process Optimisation systems.
Milind has been recently engaged on a number of projects establishing Offshore software development centers for UK and US based ISVs with the new Delta outsourced service that provides the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) , establishes office location, hires, trains and manages the development team

He also has intensive experience in Channel Sales and Development in Domestic and International markets having been successfully involved in developing and growing revenue streams in Latin America, Asia, Iberia, Middle East and Africa and Eastern Europe. His areas of specialisation are Distributors, ISVs and Master Resellers and he has an in depth knowledge of the CRM, ERP, BPM, Mobile and Telecom, Finance, Banking and Insurance application sectors marketplace for the last 18 years.

Hervé has over 25 years experience within International IT environment, in Companies such as: Oracle Corporation, Cambridge Management, Digital Equipment, Matra Datavision, Thales.
He has fulfilled several Director roles at Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Customer Services, to manage International Programs for the deployment of innovative offerings (e.g. new packaged solutions, services, products), at EMEA and Global levels (West/East Europe, Asia, North America, Middle-East, Africa). This has involved multiple channels and partner types, including: VARs, System Integrators, Distributors, ASPs, ISVs, Sales Agents. More recently, he focused on the development/optimisation and the enablement of Sales and Partner Channels to penetrate the SMB Market with ERP/CRM Solutions.
